Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Parties
These Terms apply to all purchases made in the e-store www.tiskre-do.eu
operated by Metprojekt OÜ (the Seller). The customer is referred to as the Purchaser.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A sales contract is concluded once full payment has been received. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of product unavailability or pricing or technical errors.
3. Products, Prices and Availability
Only products marked “Add to cart” are available for purchase. Prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price valid at the time of order confirmation shall apply. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via PayPal and most credit/debit cards. A PayPal account is not required. After payment, the Purchaser will receive an order confirmation and invoice.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. Detailed conditions for returns and refunds are provided in the Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Warranty and Claims
Consumers have statutory rights under EU law, including a minimum 2-year conformity guarantee. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.
8. Liability
The Seller is liable only for direct damages resulting from a breach of contract. Liability is limited to the value of the order, except where otherwise required by law.
9. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for order processing and customer communication. Secure encrypted connections are used. The Seller does not have access to encrypted payment data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes may also be resolved via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Refund and Returns Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
2. Notification
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must inform the Seller in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The Purchaser bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the Seller has received the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Non-returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made or personalized products
goods that have been used or damaged by the Purchaser
7. Incorrect or Defective Goods
If the goods are defective or incorrect, the Seller will cover return costs and offer a replacement or refund.
